£20m sale of four acre industrial site in London, N18

This site, comprising approx. 160,000 sq ft of office, light industrial and retail space was sold 'off market' to an active asset management company for in excess of £20m.

The site, in Edmonton, N18, was fully let to an array of tenants with a rent roll of circa £1m per annum.
