On behalf of an established client, with three existing venues, we are looking for further sites which meet the following criteria:


  • Freehold

  • Approx. one acre clear or with a building of 5,000 sqft - 10,000 sqft on it (a former pub site would be ideal)

  • Located within greater London, favouring the north east quadrant

  • Substantial parking provision required

  • Happy to compete with potential residential development values in order to secure


In addition, they are looking for a smaller format restaurant of 3,000 sqft - 6,000 sqft. This would need to be within the A406 and an established retail or leisure destination. Parking is not essential for this format and they would consider long leasehold as well as freehold.
